Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://positioningcraft.com and the copywriting services provided by PositioningCraft ApS ("PositioningCraft," "we," "us"), registered in Denmark under CVR 41 92 06 58. Our services are sold business-to-business; by engaging us you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business or organisation.

1. The rate card

Each deliverable on our rate card has a flat, published price between €90 and €900. When you order, that price is what you pay for the scope described — there is no hidden uplift. If a job is genuinely larger than a single rate-card item, we will say so before any work begins and quote it as a written package; the individual deliverables keep their listed prices.

2. Scope, drafts, and revisions

Every deliverable lists the revision rounds included in its price — two for most items, three for the larger pages. A "round" is one consolidated set of feedback from you and our response to it. Additional rounds can be bought via the package builder or as studio hours. We aim to write to the agreed scope; substantial changes of direction after work has begun may be treated as a new deliverable, always with your agreement first.

3. Studio hours and retainers

Studio hours are sold in blocks and are valid for twelve months from purchase. Retainers are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and continue until cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused retainer hours do not roll over between months unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Payment, prices, and VAT

Rate-card items and hour blocks are paid at checkout; retainers are billed monthly. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclusive of Danish VAT (moms) at 25%, which is added where applicable. For VAT-registered business customers elsewhere in the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies under Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC, and you are responsible for accounting for VAT in your own country. Late payment of any invoiced amount may accrue interest under the Danish Interest Act (renteloven).

5. Delivery

All services are delivered digitally — as documents, wireframe notes, or copy placed directly into your tools, as agreed. Each rate-card item states an indicative delivery window; we will tell you the specific dates when we confirm your brief.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the final copy we deliver for a given engagement is assigned to you for your use. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and general know-how, and we may describe the engagement in anonymised form in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Drafts and working materials remain ours until the deliverable is paid in full.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the people and material we need, to give consolidated feedback within the revision rounds, and to confirm that any facts, claims, or testimonials you supply for use in copy are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

8. Warranty and liability

We perform our services professionally and with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any particular commercial result — copy is one factor among many in how a page performs. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a deliverable before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, we will refund any portion not yet performed, less the value of work already done. As these are business-to-business services delivered digitally, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the District Court of Odense (Retten i Odense) as the court of first instance.
