§ — The studio

A small studio
in Odense.

PositioningCraft is four people who would rather write one page that works than ten that fill space. We have kept the studio deliberately small so the person who scopes your brief is the person who writes it.

§ — Why we exist

A note from
the founder.

I spent ten years writing inside agencies in Copenhagen and London, and I kept watching the same thing happen: a client would pay for beautiful copy that did not work, because nobody had decided what it was supposed to do. The writing was never the problem. The positioning was.

So in 2019 I started PositioningCraft on a simple premise — get the positioning right first, then write. And put the prices on the wall, because the proposal theatre most agencies run is a tax on everyone's time. A flat rate card, nothing over €900, the first thing you can try at €90. If a client and I are a fit, we both know it in a single call instead of three.

We stayed small on purpose. Four senior writers, no junior bench, no offshore content mill. I read every deliverable before it leaves the studio. That is not a scaling strategy, and it is not meant to be. It is how you keep the work good.

§ — The team

Four writers.

01

Clara Mølgaard — Founder · Creative Director

Clara started PositioningCraft in 2019 after a decade writing for agencies in Copenhagen and London. She scopes every brief and reviews every deliverable before it ships.

02

Jonas Vestergaard — Senior Copywriter

Jonas writes the conversion work — homepages, landing pages, the long sales pages. Former journalist, which shows in how hard he interrogates a claim before he writes it.

03

Amalie Krogh — Strategist · Positioning

Amalie runs the positioning audits and messaging frameworks. She is the one who asks the question in the kickoff that nobody in the room can answer — yet.

04

Theis Lund — Content Lead

Theis owns the articles, sequences, and case studies. He believes research is the unfair advantage most content writers skip, and he never skips it.

§ — How a job runs

Five steps.
The edit is step four.

The same shape every time, whether you booked a €90 headline pack or a €900 website. The work gets good in the cut, which is why every deliverable budgets its revision rounds up front.

01

Brief

A short call and a written brief. We agree the deliverable, the single job it has to do, and the date it lands. The price is already on the rate card.

02

Mine

We dig for raw material — your existing copy, customer interviews, reviews, sales-call notes. The best lines are usually already out there, unsaid.

03

Draft

We write the first version against the agreed job, not against a word count. You get it with notes on why it is shaped the way it is.

04

Cut

Together we cut. This is where the deliverable gets good — the included revision rounds are spent here, not on rescuing a wrong first draft.

05

Ship

Final copy in the format you need — doc, wireframe notes, or pasted into your CMS. Plus a short note on what to watch once it is live.
